SHOPPING INFORMATION
MDC respects each vendor’s shipping rates. On checkout the shipping rates will be calculated automatically based on the items in your shopping cart and the vendor’s rates for those items.
Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to charge a single flat shipping rate due to various factors. Including but not limited to distances, size, vendor policies and vendor shipping agents.
Delivery times are subject to each vendor’s shipping agent. However, for items that are immediately available, the average delivery time is 5 days. If items need to be made or are on back order, it will be stated on the product page.
After you have placed your order and the payment has been approved, MDC automatically send order and shipping information to the various vendor’s. From there the vendor treats the order as if it was placed directly with them.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from MDC. Additionally, your parcel should have a packing slip included.
On the MDC website, each item is subject to their specific vendor’s policies. For exchanges, returns, refunds or more information regarding these topics, you will find a “Shipping and Returns” section under each item. In this section you will find details and contact information relating to that specific product.
The MDC Website uses PayFlex as our exclusive payment provider currently. This gives our shoppers the option to purchase items at it’s full price on checkout, or to pay it over time.
