MARILIZE DE CLERCQ
Marilize, also known as The Style Mentor, shares her love for fashion and lifestyle on Instagram. As an influencer she provides a platform that promotes self-care, trends, a well-balanced life and her favorite products she daily uses.
Marilize de Clercq is a South African born style mentor, personal shopper, motivational speaker, fashion and lifestyle influencer. Marilize inspires everyone to be the best version of themselves and strives to promote self-belief. Her knowledge and style approach has afforded her too appear on the top-rated magazine show Top Billing since 2008, where she covered an array of topics within the fashion and styling industry. She was also chosen to be the My Top Billing Dream Stylist for a season, presenting her with the title Style Maestro. She’s also made appearances on the Afrikaans Magazine show, Pasella, was interviewed on All Access and did makeovers on the Expresso show.
Marilize started her fashion career in 1999 when she was first appointed as a fashion consultant for South African retailer YDE; during her student years at AAA school of Advertising she moved on to work for SA designer house Hip-Hop as a fashion assistant until she got the position as the Personal Shopper for Fabiani.
Not only does Marilize have her own NPO, Stillborn Still loved SA, but she has been involved with The Pink Polo since 2011 and in 2019 she was invited to be part of their VIP Elite campaign.

Not only does she teach selfcare as public speaker and style maestro, but also promotes personal growth and believes true beauty starts from within.
It is her years of diverse experiences, love for people and drive to always give her best that has positioned her to inspire others and advocate confidence and selfworth.
